Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Mon Petit Palais Designs, every order is packed with care to ensure your creative supplies arrive safely and in perfect condition. Because many of our products are consumable, sensitive to handling, or easily tampered with — including paints, waxes, finishes, and stencils — we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Returns

We only accept returns if:

• The item is defective,
• The item arrives damaged, or
• You receive the wrong product.

If any of these occur, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at monpetitpalaisdesignsau@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll organise a replacement or refund promptly.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot verify whether an item has been opened, used, or compromised once it has left our studio.

Items we cannot accept as returns

• Opened or used paint
• Opened or used finishes, waxes, or mediums
• Used stencils
• Any item not in its original condition
• Change‑of‑mind returns
• Any product where tamper‑evidence cannot be verified

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to complete the transaction.
